Shipping Information

Our area of business is Australia and we deliver in Australia only!

Currently, we use the Australian Post services, the Express Posts overnight service being preferred.

Shipping is calculated for each item at the time of your order confirmation. The shipping charges may vary (e.g. promotions and/or due to Australian Post tariffs), but they will not change once your order is placed and the payment is made.

Goods and Services Tax

All prices expressed on this site do not include GST. SkypePhone is not registered for GST.

Payment Methods

Skypephone accepts payments through PayPal. PayPal is an account-based system that allows buyers to send online payments using their credit card or bank account and is the most popular way to electronically pay for eBay auctions. More information about PayPal.

Stock Availability

All products sold are held in stock unless otherwise indicated. Large purchases may be susceptible to a delay while new stock is obtained. In such cases, we will notify you of any delay immediately and provide you with a revised delivery time

Orders Handling

Products purchased from our online store will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed (unless otherwise indicated by an 'out of stock' notice for the goods). For direct deposits, this can be up to 2 working days following payment (as determined by the banks)

Return and Replacement of Faulty Devices

· DualPhone and Konftel units

If a problem arises with DualPhone products or Konftel Conference Units which are under warranty, the customer needs to call the Call Centre at 02-9698-9000 Ext 3 during normal business hours.

If the item is not functioning correctly, you must first contact the Call Centre with a description of the problem, the unit(s) model and serial number. If the Call Centre operator determines that a problem can only be fixed by replacing a faulty unit he will authorize its return.

Once the product is received a technician checks if the product is covered by warranty (i.e., not customer abuse, water damage); if the product is in warranty period but not covered the customer is asked what he would like to do.

Please note that Skypephone will not reimburse shipping charges, under any circumstances.

· Laser USB Skype Phones

If a problem arises with the Laser USB VoIP phone under warranty please download the RA form (on the manufacturer's Web site), fill it in and fax it to 02 9889 8898 before sending back the phone. Alternatively, contact us at support@skypephone.com.au for assistance if you wish to contact the manufacturer in your behalf.
